The problem

Cold outreach burns inbox, time, and reputation. Most tools were built for one sender. You have ten.

Why LinkedReach

Built for the operator running many inboxes.

Three things make LinkedReach different from single-seat outreach tools.

One operator, fifty inboxes

Connect every LinkedIn account your agency manages. Switch workspaces, monitor sender health, and orchestrate sequences across the whole pool from a single console.

Agent Mode

Beyond personalised openers — an autonomous agent reads inbound replies, classifies intent, drafts a reply, and books meetings on your calendar while you're asleep.

Safe by default

25 connection requests and 100 messages per account per day, randomised gaps, residential proxies bundled, and warm-up ramps for new accounts. Conservative limits you don't have to think about.

What's inside

Everything an outreach team actually needs.

Sequences

Connection → message → InMail with branching logic, conditional waits, and automatic retries on rate limits.

Unified inbox

Every reply across every connected sender, surfaced in one feed with sender attribution and intent labels.

AI personalisation

Each opener generated against the lead's profile, recent posts, and your ICP — not a Mad Libs template.

Lead qualification

Every replied lead scored on ICP fit, warmth, and intent. Cold replies routed away from your closer's queue.

Agency dashboard

Workspace switching across clients, white-label reporting, and role-based permissions for your team.

Webhooks & integrations

Native HubSpot and Salesforce sync, plus webhooks and Zapier triggers for everything else in your stack.

How it works

From zero to a running sequence in under ten minutes.

Step 01

Connect senders

Add each LinkedIn account behind its own residential proxy — bundled, no extra signups. New accounts auto-warm at five connections per day, ramping up.

Step 02

Build a sequence

Drag a connection step, a message step, an InMail. Branch on accept / no-reply / replied. Or start from a template tuned to your ICP.

Step 03

Watch Agent Mode work

Replies land in the unified inbox. Agent Mode classifies intent, drafts responses for hot leads, and books meetings on your calendar — you approve or auto-send.

Pricing

Per LinkedIn sender. Not per seat.

Pay for the senders you run, not the operators behind the dashboard. Annual billing saves 25% across every tier.

FAQ

Honest answers to the questions you'd ask a sales rep.

Will my LinkedIn account get banned?
Not if you stay inside the safe-sending caps the platform enforces. Every account is hard-capped at 25 connection requests and 100 messages per day, with randomised 30–120 second gaps between actions, residential proxies, and warm-up ramps for new accounts. If LinkedIn surfaces a warning or captcha, the affected account is paused immediately. We've run this stack at scale for years — the bans we hear about elsewhere come from tools that let users bypass these limits.
How is this different from HeyReach?
Same per-LinkedIn-sender pricing model, similar feature surface for sequences and inbox. Two real differences: Agent Mode — we don't just personalise the opener, we reply to inbound and book meetings autonomously — and 10% lower pricing at the Agency tier ($899 vs $999) where the spreadsheets actually get compared.
Do I need Sales Navigator?
No. LinkedReach works on any LinkedIn account — free, Premium, or Sales Navigator. Sales Navigator unlocks more granular search filters and lets you import larger lead lists, but it's not required to run a campaign or use Agent Mode.
Can I bring my own proxies?
Yes, on Agency and Unlimited tiers. Bundled residential proxies cover most teams — BYO is for cost optimisation at scale or when your compliance team requires specific egress IPs.
Is there a free trial?
14 days, no credit card required, full feature access. Limited to one connected sender, one active campaign, and 50 outbound connections during trial — enough for a real proof of concept.
How does Agent Mode work?
When a lead replies, Agent Mode reads the message, classifies intent (interested, not now, wrong person, negative), drafts a contextual response, and proposes calendar slots if the intent is positive. You can run it in approve-each-reply mode or fully autonomous. It logs every action so you can audit.
What happens if a lead replies negatively?
Negative and out-of-office replies are auto-classified, removed from the active sequence, and surfaced separately so your team isn't reading them all day. You set the policy: drop them, suppress at the company level, or queue for a human review.
Can I white-label for my agency?
Yes. The Agency tier includes white-label for one brand — your colours, your logo, your domain on the operator dashboard. Unlimited adds multi-brand at $400/extra brand (HeyReach charges $500).
