The questions buyers always ask.

Do you really mean per LinkedIn sender, not per user?
Yes. The unit is the connected LinkedIn account. One operator can run ten senders on Solo, or fifty on Agency, with no extra per-user fee. We charge for the thing that actually drives our cost (the proxy, browser, and AI compute), not the human at the dashboard.
Can I add or remove senders mid-cycle?
Yes. Senders prorate — add one mid-month and you're billed for the partial period; remove one and the credit applies to your next invoice. Switching from Solo to Agency happens automatically when you cross 10 senders, with no contract reset.
What counts as one sender?
One connected LinkedIn account. Personal, Premium, and Sales Navigator accounts all count the same. If you connect the same LinkedIn account twice (we don't recommend it), it counts twice.
Are there usage caps on AI credits?
Solo includes generous AI usage covering normal sequence personalisation. Agency adds 1,200 dedicated credits/mo for Agent Mode replies; Unlimited adds 3,500. Overage is $0.04/credit — transparent, no surprise bills. Most teams never hit the cap.
How does the free trial work?
14 days, no credit card. One LinkedIn sender, one active campaign, capped at 50 outbound connection requests during trial. Plenty for a real proof of concept — and no surprise charge at day 15. You opt into a paid plan when you're ready.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits or students?
We give a 30% discount to verified non-profits on any annual plan. Drop us an email with your registration number.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access through the end of your billing period and can export your campaigns, lead data, and inbox history at any time. No retention games, no win-back nags. Annual plans don't refund the unused months but won't auto-renew if cancelled before the term ends.
Is there an enterprise tier above Unlimited?
Yes — for teams running more than 500 senders, needing on-prem deployment, or with custom security/compliance requirements (SSO, SOC 2 evidence, custom DPAs). Talk to sales below.
