Comparison · LinkedReach vs HeyReach

Different category. Different price. Different decision.

HeyReach is a multi-account sender. LinkedReach is the AI that replaces the SDR who would otherwise operate one. The decision is whether you're hiring software or hiring an SDR.

Quick verdict

Where each tool wins.

Where HeyReach wins

Lowest-cost multi-account sender

HeyReach is the cheapest credible per-sender tool in the category. If you have your own SDR who'll handle every reply manually and you just need infrastructure for the outbound, HeyReach is the right answer. The price gap is real and we won't pretend it isn't.

Where LinkedReach wins

The AI replaces the SDR

A rapport-building reply agent with warmth-gated CTAs and calendar booking. Per-product AI fit scoring from a single URL paste. ICP-sorted sequencing so daily caps spend on your strongest leads first. Conversational sequence builder. The premium pays for itself if you'd otherwise hire (or have already hired) an SDR.

Who picks which

Pick LinkedReach if

You sell more than one product, you can't or don't want to hire a full-time SDR to run replies, or your team wants the AI to build the sequence with them. Pick HeyReach if you have an SDR seat sitting open already and you just need cheaper outbound infrastructure.

Pricing

The numbers, side by side.

We're meaningfully more expensive per sender. We replace the SDR who'd otherwise operate them — that's the trade.

The honest read

On raw infrastructure cost, HeyReach wins. A 50-sender book on HeyReach is US$999/mo (about £750); LinkedReach Pod is £5,450/mo. The case for paying the premium is the agent: it does the work an SDR would otherwise do, and 5–10 UK SDR seats run roughly £20K–£45K/mo fully loaded. If you'd otherwise hire SDRs to run those senders, the math swings hard the other way.

FAQ

Three honest questions buyers ask.

Can I import my HeyReach campaigns?
Not yet — manual recreation for now. Migration tooling that imports HeyReach campaigns, leads, and conversation history is on the roadmap for Q3 2026. If you're moving more than ~10 senders, our team will build the migration scripts for you as part of onboarding.
Is the underlying infrastructure the same?
Different. Each connected account gets its own managed connection — set up centrally so operators don’t have to. HeyReach asks you to bring your own connection setup at the agency tier. Net effect: fewer vendors to source, less to set up.
Do I get the same daily caps?
Yes — and they move as an account matures. A sender is allowed 24–30 connection requests and 60–120 messages per day depending on its phase, under a hard weekly invite ceiling of 120–200 that is never scaled up for any reason. Actions are randomised with a minimum 60-second gap, and new senders ramp from 20% of their allowance to full over about five weeks. We enforce all of it at the worker level, so it can’t be bypassed from the UI.
