Sub-processors

1. About this page

Sub-processor list — full inventory in progress; updated quarterly. This page lists the categories of third-party services that process customer data on our behalf. It is the canonical source referenced by our privacy policy.

2. Categories

• AI provider — processes reply text and conversation context to draft personalised messages and classify intent. Zero-training contract; transient retention only.
• Payment processor — subscriptions, invoices, and card-on-file billing. We never see full card numbers.
• Hosting provider — cloud infrastructure that runs the application and the automation workers.
• Database hosting — a managed database where customer data lives, encrypted at rest in EU data centres.
• Email delivery — transactional email (signup, password reset, billing).
• Error monitoring — capturing application errors so we can fix bugs.

3. Notification of changes

If we add or remove a sub-processor, this page is updated first. Material additions are also announced by email to active customers at least 14 days before they take effect. To receive change notifications, email privacy@linkedreach.ai.
